Internet coalition asks FCC to fight ‘zero-rating’ Request comes at the same time U.S. House looks to cut commission's budget

A collection of internet organizations, including Kickstarter and Reddit, organized with Fight for the Future to urge the government commission to examine services that are exempt from data usage. These include T-Mobile’s Binge On, which keeps content providers like Netflix and YouTube from using customer’s data. The group believes these could be a threat to net neutrality, they said in a letter.
